    • Where are you located?

    • Can I send you something to monogram for me?

    Great question!  We get this one ALOT.  Unfortunately though, we cannot monogram outside items at this time.  Sorry! 

    • Oh shoot!  I got a stain on my blanket scarf! What's the best way to clean it?

      Most importantly... DO NOT throw it in the washing machine!  We highly suggest you spot clean the area of the blanket scarf with some soap or detergent & water.  If you reallllly want to give it a good wash, hand-washing is best. 

    • How the eff am I supposed to wear this thing?
    I have been working on a few how-to-wear videos and guides that are dropping soon!  If you're on our email list, you'll be notified as they're available! 

      Monograms

      • Am I able to view a mock-up of my monogram on the item before I purchase?
      I wish I could say yes, but unfortunately at the moment, no.  This is something I'm hoping to get up an running in 2018, but in the meantime, you are able to see the alphabets for all monogram styles in out Monogram Guide.  You can check that out here.

      Shipping

      • How long will it take for my order to ship?

      We try our best to get your order out as fast as possible!  We like to say that it'll be shipped out within 1-3 business days, but we shoot for 1.  However, during sale & holiday periods, it could be slightly longer.  

      • Is shipping free?

      Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.  

      • Do you ship abroad?

       At the moment, we only ship to the USA & Canada.  However, we are working to change this and plan to start shipping to  the UK, Europe & Australia by Fall 2017.

      Returns

      • What's your return policy?

      Due to the personalized nature of our items, we cannot accept returns, therefore all orders are final sale.  You can view our full return policy here.  

      • What happens if my monogram is incorrect OR my item arrives damaged?
      Ahhh.  If this happens, we are SO sorry.  Please contact us ASAP (within 48 hours of delivery) and we'll work with you to amend the situation. You can contact us here.
