    Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of our items, returns or exchanges of items purchased from ROSA GOLD are not accepted.

     

    Exchanges or Refunds (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect or damaged.

    Please make sure to inspect your order as soon as you get it!  If it arrives damaged OR the monogram is incorrect (hey...it happens) you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at info@rosa.gold.

    We will try to work with you to amend the situation.  If there is reason for a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the item excluding the shipping cost.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.
